This Difmark Cookies Policy (hereinafter – “Policy”) regulates practices of the Administration of using Cookies when the User visits and uses this website. 


The Policy together with the Terms shall be deemed accepted by the User (“User”, “Client”, “You”) upon their Account registration with Difmark. The terms used in this Policy shall be understood in accordance with the Terms and the applicable laws. This Policy explains what Cookies are, and when, why and how they are used on this website.

 


1. COOKIES AND THEIR USE

Certain Cookies used by Difmark last only for the duration of the Client’s web or application session, and expire when the Client closes their browser or exits the application. These are “Session” (temporary) cookies. 


Other Cookies are used to remember and recognize the Client when they return to use the Services and, as such, they will last longer. These are “Persistent” (permanent) cookies.


Cookies may be created as “First-party” cookies, set on the User’s device by the website visited by the User, which domain name is displayed in the browser, as well as “Third-party” cookies, set on the User’s device by third-party websites. 

 

 

Categories of Cookies. 


The following categories of Cookies are used on our website, e.g.:


“Necessary” Cookies that allow you to use the services available on the website, such as cookies for using services which require an authentication on the site;

2. INFORMATION ADMINISTRATION COLLECTS WITH COOKIES


Information collected by the Administration with Cookies is subject to the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to, either purpose of collecting and processing the Cookies or course of withdrawal of consent to collect and process Cookies, as well as this Policy.



When the Client accesses and uses Difmark, we may automatically receive the following information:


The data on the browser used, the type and version of the operating system;


The type of the Device used and its screen (monitor) resolution;


The used IP address;


The time and date of visiting Difmark; 


Other data the use of which is necessary for the operation of Difmark as a whole and its improvement (optimization).

 

Difmark may use Cookies to:

 

remember that the Client has visited Difmark or used the Services before;


customize elements of the promotional layout and/or content of Difmark;


collect statistical information about the Clients’ use of the Difmark’s Services (including the length of Clients’ web session) and the location from which Clients access Difmark.



3. OPTING OUT RIGHT

 

Most Devices and browsers are set to automatically accept cookies by default. However, the Client can change their browser settings to prevent automatic acceptance of Cookies, or to notify Client each time the Cookies are set.


Administration recommends that you do not change your Cookies settings, as the Administration cannot guarantee the 100% correct Difmark performance if you block some or all Cookies.


Cookies can be disabled and managed by adjusting your browser settings. E.g., for Google Chrome browser, you can proceed to the support webpage Google Chrome. Similar settings can be adjusted on other browsers too, e.g. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer

4. AMENDMENTS

 

This Policy may be amended at any time without giving the Clients any prior notice. 


Any amendments or additions to this Policy shall be valid only after a new version of the Policy is placed at Difmark website. The new version of the Policy shall come into force at the moment it is placed at Difmark website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.


The date the Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Administration has their up-to-date active and deliverable email address, and for periodically visiting this Policy to check for any changes.
